The mission of Last Chance Group Homes, LLC (LCGH) is to improve the environmental, economical, and social stressors that impact the lives of low-income individuals diagnosed with severe mental illnesses and co-occurring substance use disorders. Working with
these individuals pose a unique challenge due to the complex nature of psychosocial factors that
directly and indirectly affect their overall health and wellbeing. At LCGH, we believe that health is the foundation for recovery. Using a care-based approach, we will address the issue of health by empowering individuals through having access to
knowledge and resources and by providing adequate housing where the individual can have their basic needs met.
